 “Do they get the vision?” If the answer is “ehhh…”—that's a no.

2. Don’t build tools or give time for people who won’t even open their own email. You’re not tech support. You’re not their brain. If they want the benefits, they better bring some bandwidth.

3. Grow with people, not for them. That dream biz? That digital brand? That AI stack? It’s not for freeloaders, skeptics, or idea thieves. You’re building for legacy. Not likes.

4. Heal from the lie that “you have to do everything alone.”

 Nope. Get help. Delegate. Automate. Partner smart. Mutual energy only. Shared wins only. Burnout is not a badge of honor.

5. Not everyone who crawls in your inbox and asks you to "add me as a friend" is a friend, so don't feel you have to be real world nice, just hit ignore if you don't really know them (I am still trying to do this without feeling guilty, but hey,

A. I don't really know you and

B. not sure I want to know you
